Why EvolvPass
Fitness, wellness, beauty, and rehab studios across MENA are stuck with a fragmented workflow. Most use a calendar app for bookings, a spreadsheet for packages, a payment processor that doesn't know about either, and WhatsApp for everything in between. That patchwork costs hours every week and quietly leaks customers — no-shows aren't followed up, packages expire silently, marketing is one-off blasts instead of lifecycle.
EvolvPass is the operating system for those studios — and a marketplace customers can discover them through. Bookings, memberships, payments to your bank, client lifecycle emails, gamification, and analytics, all in one place. The marketplace is opt-in: list publicly to find new clients, or run EvolvPass as a private studio OS for your existing book.
We're starting with the early-adopter philosophy on purpose. We'd rather have ten studios using EvolvPass deeply and shaping where it goes than a thousand who signed up and forgot. That's why our first cohort gets an extended trial, hands-on onboarding, and a direct line to the team.
Where we are now
Now in early access with our first cohort of studios in Beirut. Onboarding open. We're launching across Lebanon and growing into the wider MENA region throughout 2026.
