What is EvolvPass?

EvolvPass is a platform that connects wellness providers with customers. Businesses can list their services, manage bookings, and receive payments, while customers can discover and book fitness, wellness, and lifestyle services.

Is EvolvPass free to use?

For customers, browsing and booking services is free. For businesses, we offer subscription plans to access the platform features.

What types of services can I find on EvolvPass?

You can find wellness services including personal training, yoga classes, spa treatments, nutrition coaching, meditation sessions, group fitness classes, and more.

For Customers

How do I book a service?

Browse available services, select a time slot that works for you, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with booking details.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. Each business sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed before you book. Check the policy details on the booking page.

How do payments work?

We use Stripe for secure payments. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. You'll be charged when you complete a booking.

What if I have an issue with a service?

Contact the business directly through the platform, or reach out to our support team for assistance.

For Businesses

How do I list my business on EvolvPass?

Sign up as a business, complete your profile, add your services and availability, then submit for review. Once approved, your business will be visible to customers.

How do I get paid?

We use Stripe Connect for payments to your bank account. Set up your Stripe account during onboarding, and funds are transferred after bookings.

What are the subscription plans?

We offer three plans: Solo for individual practitioners, Studio for small businesses, and Club for larger operations with multiple locations. Contact us for pricing details.

Can I manage my schedule on EvolvPass?

Yes. The dashboard includes a calendar view where you can set your availability, manage bookings, and handle cancellations.

How do I reduce no-shows?

You can set cancellation policies for your services. Customers receive booking confirmations with their appointment details.

Payments & Billing

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Businesses can also accept cash payments.

When do businesses receive their payments?

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Payout timing depends on your Stripe account settings and country.
