Is there really no per-booking fee?
Correct. You pay a flat monthly subscription. There are no additional charges per booking, per client, or per transaction from EvolvPass. Stripe's standard processing fees apply separately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll be asked to pick a plan. No surprise charges. If you choose not to continue, your data stays safe and you can come back anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle with prorated adjustments.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We offer a wind-down option so your existing bookings are honoured.
How does payment work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers pay for services directly to your connected Stripe account. EvolvPass never holds your funds. There are no platform fees charged to customers.
